State Police in Danvers received several calls Thursday at 6:20 p.m. reporting that a black Ford Taurus was traveling on Route 128 North in Wakefield without its headlights on. The car was reported to be traveling outside of the marked lanes.

As State Troopers responded, members of the local police departments were advised to be on the lookout for the vehicle. A short time later, a Manchester By The Sea Police Officer spotted the Ford on Route 128 North in the vicinity of School Street.

Westborough District Court records indicate Millyan was returned to prison in 2008 after assaulting his wife while at the Grafton Police Department.

Millyan has also had charges for possession and distribution of marijuana since his release, according to court records.
