NORTHBRIDGE, Mass. - Richard Davey, secretary and chief executive officer of the MassDOT, will be guest speaker at the Feb. 15 membership breakfast of the Blackstone Valley Chamber of Commerce. 

Davey leads an organization that operates with a single mission: to provide a safe, reliable and efficient transportation network for residents of the Commonwealth.

Governor Patrick has also charged him with implementing transportation reform that will allow MassDOT to lead the nation in transportation.

The breakfast will be held at The Grafton Inn, 25 Grafton Common in Grafton from 7:30 to 9 a.m. The cost is $25 for members, $35 for non-members.
